1. Who We Are

reelsave.pro is an independent public Instagram media URL resolver. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. No User Accounts

reelsave.pro does not require registration, account creation, or email addresses. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable account information.

3. No Download Logs

We do not maintain permanent logs of URLs you submit or media you download. Temporary request-processing data (such as your submitted URL and the resolved media URL) is handled in memory only, solely to provide the service, and is discarded once the response is sent.

4. No Media Storage

reelsave.pro never downloads or stores video, audio, or image files on its servers. The service only resolves a direct CDN URL and returns it to your browser. Your browser then downloads the file directly from Instagram's CDN.

5. Rate Limiting Data

To prevent abuse, we enforce a 1-request-per-30-seconds rate limit. For this purpose, a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your IP address is temporarily stored in a Cloudflare KV store with a short TTL (approximately 40 seconds). The raw IP address is never stored.

6. Cloudflare & Hosting

Our service uses Cloudflare for routing, security, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process network-level metadata (such as IP addresses for security purposes) in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Our backend VPS hosting provider may also process standard server access metadata.

7. Cookies

reelsave.pro does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of its network-level protection.

8. Third-Party Links

Download links point to Instagram's CDN. Once you leave reelsave.pro, Instagram's privacy policy applies. We have no control over Instagram's data practices.

9. Children's Privacy

reelsave.pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
